Real-time location
See where your people are right now, on a live map that updates as they move.
Share your location in real time, get a notification the moment someone arrives home or leaves work, and look back at where the day went — all in one calm, easy map. Sharing is always your choice and always permission-based.
Six things Stay Near does well — and no clutter around them.
See where your people are right now, on a live map that updates as they move.
Pick a place, get a notification when someone arrives there or leaves. No more “text me when you land”.
Look back at your own route for the day, and at the history people have chosen to share with you.
Home, school, the office, grandma's. Save the spots that matter and build alerts around them.
Create a circle for family and another for friends. Invite people with a short code — no address book upload.
Location sharing is always permission-based. Turn it off for a person, a group, or entirely — whenever you want.
A dark map that doesn't burn your eyes, faces instead of dots, and the answer to “where are they?” in the first second.

Download from the App Store and give the app permission to use your location. Nothing is shared until you say so.
Create a group, share the short invite code, and everyone who joins appears on the same map.
Mark home, school or the office — then let the app tell you about arrivals and departures automatically.
This is for the subscription you bought here, on the Stay Near website. Leave the email you subscribed with — we cancel it and write back to confirm. No account, no password, no card details.
We find the subscription by the email you entered, cancel the renewal and write back to that same address to confirm. If we can't find it, we'll write back too — with a question, not with silence.
No. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and simply does not renew after that.
Send the form again with the right one. Extra requests don't break anything: we cancel the subscription once, and a request that matches nothing is just closed.
That's a refund, not a cancellation, and it's a separate conversation. Send the form anyway to stop future charges, and write the reason in the field — we'll come back to you about the payment itself.
Then the payment goes through Apple, and only you can cancel it: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Stay Near → Cancel Subscription, or use apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Apple does not let us do it on your behalf. This form won't help with that purchase.
Yes. Stay Near is free to download, and the core map and sharing are there from the start. Premium unlocks the paid extras.
Turn sharing off for a person or a group inside the app, or revoke the permission entirely in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Stay Near. Sharing is always permission-based.
Free on the App Store. Real-time location for the people who matter.
